Designed by CITIC Architectural Design Institute (CADI) and finished in
2016 in Niamey, Niger, the building finds itself north of the city, in the dusty
outskirts of the city. It’s dark maroon colour of the large complex matches
the earth on which it stands and is made up of 15 different buildings.
