Maximise Remarketing Returns
By Upstream Selling
Presented by Philip Browne, Managing
Director, Autorola Australia
The process flows for fleet vehicle remarketing
are undergoing changes to enhance efficiency,
improve net return to sellers and reduce
greenhouse gas emissions.
There is now ample evidence to show that
upstream selling of fleet vehicles enhances net
returns to sellers by eliminating costly elements
of the post vehicle termination remarketing.
Upstream selling is not hard to achieve it simply
requires a change in mindset and a real desire
to deliver greater efficiency within the fleet
management remarketing process.
