Carla commenced as CEO of ANCAP Safety in December 2020 . Previously Carla lead advocacy and regulatory change at ASX listed financial services firm , Challenger Limited . Carla has held a number strategy , policy , legal and product development roles across the financial sector including as a senior policy manager for financial services industry body , the Financial Services Council , and as an adviser to the NSW Treasurer . Carla ’ s qualifications include a Masters of Law ( Hons ) and Juris Doctor ( UTS ), Executive MBA ( AGSM ), Bachelor & Graduate Diploma of Applied Psychology ( Canberra ), Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors .

Bruce Whitehead – Director , Mock Court International
Mark Maddox - Senior Facilitator , Mock Court International
Bruce Whitehead ( R ) is the founder of Mock Court International . Bruce was formerly a Police Prosecutor , Prosecutor assisting the Coroner and Senior WorkCover Prosecutor . In 2000 he “ changed sides ” and co-founded a national risk management consultancy . He sold that company 12 years later to focus exclusively on the delivery of the Mock Court program as it was the most effective medium to explain and demonstrate that once you get to Court you have already lost . Since the early 1990 ’ s Bruce has delivered over 1200 Mock Courts ( and never lost a case ). Mark ’ s background Is similar to Bruce ’ s with over 20 years experience as a Police Prosecutor and Lawyer . He has been delivering this type of training for the last 10 years .

Head of Fleet , Essential Energy
Chris is currently involved in the fleet function of Essential Energy , as the Head of Fleet . The Head of Fleet is the highest point of functional escalation and has full P / L accountability for the fleet portfolio and its performance . At Essential Energy , Chris is tasked with delivering a Fleet Asset Management Transformation Program , with the intent to improve the balance of performance , risk and cost across the function . His professional education comprises of a trade based ( Mechanical Fitter ) qualification , a post graduate degree in Asset Management ( CQU ) and an MBA ( Deakin ).
