Annual catalogue , Corporate Brochure and Welcome Book In addition to the Corporate Brochure created every year , Emma Villas publishes another two important products to support our activity : the Catalogue and the Welcome Book for owners . The Catalogue is produced in Italian and English versions ; it is a complete presentation of our offer in digital and paper version and is distributed every year in thousands of copies in Italy and around the world . Furthermore , since 2021 , the Welcome Book has been created for owners which describes all the activities and processes related to the collaboration with Emma Villas and supports the owners in the various phases of the lease .
TV commercials Various commercials have been created and planned on TV and on the web : in 2013 the company entered the television world for the first time , with a commercial that was broadcast on the SKY Italia networks for several weeks and broadcast in various Italian and international websites . The same commercial was also planned on TV in 2014 and 2015 . At the beginning of 2016 a new one was made , the second in the Emma Villas history , scheduled for spring 2016 . At the beginning of 2020 , a third , scheduled commercial was made on SKY and on the web in spring 2020 and on SKY and La7 in spring 2021 .
