The AHLE-X Supervision & Junior Management Growth and Development Programme (GaDP) runs over a six-month period at your property developing the managerial and leadership competencies of those attending resulting, in the achievement an International City & Guilds Award in Hospitality Supervision and Leadership Principles. The programme is designed to:    Develop a Learner’s Managerial and Leadership competencies. Enable the Learner to study an international programme that is that is facilitated in a South African context. Acknowledge the learner’s achievement with an International Award. The programme is successful because it:  Allows Learners and their managers to conduct a pre and post course evaluation of their competencies providing the learner with an understanding of areas there need to develop.  Teams each Learner up with an Internal Coach (Manager in your Organisation) who provides guidance to the learner throughout the programme.
