The AHLE-X Supervision & Junior Management Growth and
Development Programme (GaDP) runs over a six-month period at
your
property
developing
the
managerial
and
leadership
competencies of those attending resulting, in the achievement an
International City & Guilds Award in Hospitality Supervision and
Leadership Principles.
The programme is designed to:
Develop a Learner’s Managerial and Leadership competencies.
Enable the Learner to study an international programme that is that is
facilitated in a South African context.
Acknowledge the learner’s achievement with an International Award.
The programme is successful because it:
Allows Learners and their managers to conduct a pre and post course
evaluation of their competencies providing the learner with an understanding
of areas there need to develop.
Teams each Learner up with an Internal Coach (Manager in your
Organisation) who provides guidance to the learner throughout the
programme. The Internal Coach is provided with coaching tools to guide the
Learner on their journey.
Enables the learner to participate in the decision to attend the programme.
