TICKET OFFICE
The game day ticket offi ce located
between Gates 2 and 3 in the North end
zone will open at 10:00 a.m. on game day.
Get your mobile ticket ready! Be prepared
on game day by downloading the offi cial
Jaguars app and clicking on “Manage
Tickets.” For detailed instructions, visit
www.jaguars.com/mytickets.
To expedite your stadium entry on game
day, please make sure to have your game
ticket barcode ready to scan before
arriving. Email confi rmations will not be
accepted. You must have your mobile
ticket pulled up on your phone with the
barcode prior to entering the stadium
gate lines.

NFL BAG POLICY
LEAVE YOUR BAG AT HOME! To provide
a safer environment for the public and
signifi cantly expedite fan entry into
EverBank Field, NFL policy limits the size
and type of bags that may be brought
into the stadium. The Jaguars strongly
encourage fans to not bring any type
of bags. Fans are allowed to carry a clear
bag up to 12”x6”x12” or a small hand

pre-approved by the Jaguars. Please
