HOW TO USE THIS PRICE LIST
What is the start price ?
This is the start price of your rental . It includes one day of use ( show , rehearsal ,…).
How do I calculate the price for the total period of use ?
A fixed coefficient needs to be applied to the start price for the period of use . Longer periods of rent will be rewarded with competitive discounts .
Eg . if the equipment is rented for 6 days : start price x 1.5 Eg . if the equipment is rented for 6 weeks : start price x 4
Transport and installation
Transport and installation days are free of charge , with a maximum of :
• 4 days for use inside the country of pick-up ( eg . pick-up at AED France for a production in France )
• 6 days outside the country of pick-up ( eg . pick-up at AED Belgium for a production in Switzerland )
VAT
All prices are always excluding VAT .

Your personal conditions and discounts are applicable on the total price ex VAT .
