Feature Masonic Care Community’s “HomeStretch” Program Prepares Rehab Patients for Safe Return Home T he Masonic Care Community in Utica recently unveiled an innovative approach to rehabilitation called “HomeStretch.” This unique experience allows therapists from all three disciplines – physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy – to work in concert to prepare individuals to return home.
