The picture shows a freshman University of Oklahoma right-fielder chasing a pop fly in Game 3 in Oklahoma City.   Ray Chavez, workshop director, wrote of Brittany, “Her patience was tested in the championship game because of an extended rain delay, but her diligence paid off with a photo that captured the drama of the series.”   Brittany described her experience this way: “A year from now when I am a sports journalist for the OU Daily, I will remember everything I’ve learned from my week at OIDJ.
