Each IGNITE Leadership Academy graduate is tasked to take what they learned in the program then develop and implement an Action Learning Project. This is a learning-by-doing approach which encourages people to work together to solve a problem or improve performance. The project is a way for our leaders to learn how to facilitate the group process, and inspire and motivate others. It also provides an opportunity for the graduates to give back to their organizations.
