Outdoor adventures are a way of life in Angel Fire, with a
seemingly endless variety of activities offering enjoyment
of the clear, fresh, sunshine-filled mountain air.
Tee off on a par 72, 6,653-yard, 18-hole golf course, or ride
the chairlift to the top of the Angel Fire Resort ski mountain
to play disc golf. Enjoy and photograph the scenery while
you’re there. At an elevation of more than 10,000 feet,
views clear to Colorado and beyond are spectacular!
Play some tennis, have a picnic, and let the kids enjoy a
terrific playground at Olympic Park. Or, if fishing is your pas-
sion, choose from abundant streams and lakes in the area.
For hikers, there are miles and miles of well-mapped area
trails, and guided ATV and horseback riding tours are also
available.
For those seeking an adrenaline rush, Angel Fire Resort’s
zipline tour features six top-of-the-mountain ziplines, 120 to
1,600 feet in length, or join a crew at Balloons Over Angel
