RECIPE THREE INGREDIENT BANANA BREAD WE POSTED A FEW glimpses of this MAGIC banana bread on our Instagram stories and were flooded with requests for the recipe. Here it is. INGREDIENTS 1 tin of condensed milk 4 or 5 ripe bananas 2.5 cups of self raising flour METHOD More OF a #stayhome recipe as you need a slow cooker! 1 Blitz or mash the bananas and mix into the flour with the tin of condensed milk! 2 Add the mixture to loaf tin that has been lined (or you can use your reusable Agreena Baking Sheet) – we sprinkled ours with cinnamon! 3 Pop your slow cooker on HIGH and add 3cm on water to the bottom. 4 Place your loaf tin with banana bread mix into the slow cooker and lay a tea towel under the lid to stop the condensation. 5 Cook for 2 hours on high. It definititely feels and tastes like a bread – it was delicious straight out of the oven and the girls enjoyed it cold the next day. However, I found myself toasting it in the toaster and adding lashings of butter! O….M….G! Sooooo good…. 23
