Art Journaling with Watercolor , Pen and Ink Art journaling is a great stress reliever and way to practice and refine your drawing skills . Each week you will follow practical examples that will strengthen your techniques , as well as tap into your creative side . Begin with the basics and progress to more advanced drawing skills . Learn color theory , watercolor technique , and explore your creativity as an artist as you work and share your visions . Class will be taught online in onehour Zoom sessions with assignments to practice during the week . All supplies are included . Glasswork Fundamentals : Paperweight Experience glass blowing ! Working with the staff at Vandalia Glassworks , you will design and create a solid paperweight that is unique to you ! The paperweight is the most fun and forgiving piece for first-time glass blowers . You will learn the fundamentals of glasswork including gathering , coloring , shaping and transferring the piece off the pipe . Mystery Quilt Adventure Quilt from the comfort of your home this winter . The catch — this is a mystery quilt or quilt top so you won ’ t know the final project until you make your last stitch ! The colors and fabric patterns will be of your choosing , and you will receive weekly clues ( pieces of the pattern ) to guide your progress from week to week . The first week ’ s clue on January 24 will contain the complete supply list . At the end of the nine-week session , you will receive a copy of the full pattern . All skill levels are welcome but you do need to know how to read a pattern . The instructor will be available by email and phone for questions along the way .
