Czechoslovakian immigrants brought their
passion and recipes for kolaches to the
Midwest as early as the 1860's. Learn to
make these national pastries from start to
finish. Prepare the egg rich dough and while
the dough is rising, prepare fruit mixtures,
cottage cheese and poppy seed fillings.
A $13 food fee is payable in class. Bring
