HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN THERE AND HOW DID YOU GET THERE? Salito: As CFO I'd say my main role is that of responsible financial planning, but in a company like this we do many jobs.  On some days my answer to what my role is would be "I don't know but if you find out please tell me ASAP."  At one point I was also CEO but that job was thankfully handed over to the extremely capable hands of Vic Icasas. So amongst my many achievements in the company I'm the only one with the distinction of getting a demotion. This shows that unlike most I have the versatility to go both up and down the corporate ladder. I've been working here for almost 25 years. Raul: I’m the CEO and one of the founders of Sound Design Inc. in 1997. Before that, I’ve been in advertising since the 1980’s in various roles from media, account management, broadcast production and my last phase before forming the company was as freelance producer. HOW DID YOU LEAD YOUR SOUND PRODUCTION COMPANY TO BE ON THE TOP OF THE LEAGUE? Salito: Hit Productions Inc. has always been a team effort. WHAT MUSIC GENRE DO YOU APPRECIATE AND ENJOY THE MOST? Salito: Asking what music genre I like the most is like asking a parent to choose between their kids.  Much depends on my mood at the time. I like Rock, especially from the 60's and early 70's.  But at different times it could be jazz, classical, blues... there have been times that I really enjoy love song ballads, but shhh let that be my dirty little secret.  Lyrics are really important to me and often define how I relate t
