You’ll make a simple edit to the symbol in one file and see the changes reflected in
the other file.
1 In the animation_web.fla file, double-click the symbol instance on the Stage to
enter symbol-editing mode.
2 Modify the shape of the symbol by changing its color or contours.
The red square in this example has been changed to a green trapezoid.
3 Save your file.
Flash updates the symbol in the AuthortimeSharedAssets.fla file.
4 Open the animation_mobile.fla file.
The shared symbol automatically reflects all the modifications from the
animation_web.fla file.
