9 Make sure Compress movie is checked to reduce file size and download times.
Deflate is the default option. Choose LZMA for better SWF compression. You’ll
see the biggest improvements in file size compression if your project consists of
more ActionScript code and vector graphics.
10 Make sure Include XMP metadata is checked if you want to include information
that describes your movie.
11 Select the HTML Wrapper format on the left side of the dialog box.

12 Select the Flash Only option from the Template menu.
Detecting the version of Flash Player
You can automatically detect the version of Flash Player on a viewer’s computer;
if the Flash Player version is not the one required, a message will prompt the viewer
to download the updated player.
1 If necessary, choose File > Publish Settings, or click the Publish Settings button
in the Profile section of the Properties inspector.
2 Select the HTML Wrapper format on the left side of the dialog box.
3 Select Detect Flash Version.
