You can choose one of the preset options from the top Preset menu. At the bottom,
you can navigate to advanced video and audio encoding options using the tabs. At
the very bottom, Flash displays the estimated final output size.

You will export the Penguins.mov file again but at a larger size.
1 Make sure the Export Video and Export Audio boxes are selected.
2 Click the Format tab and note that you’re exporting the file to the F4V format.
3 Click the Video tab if it’s not already selected.
4 Make sure that Resize Video and the Constrain option (chain link icon) are
selected. Enter 480 for the Width and click outside the field to accept the change.
The Height automatically changes to keep the proportions of the video.
