Cancellations received by March 15 are refundable, less
a 25 percent administrative fee. Cancellations must be sent in
writing to Michelle Mahoney at [email protected]
or fax: 518.867.8386. Those who register and do not comply with
the cancellation policy will be billed. Substitutions are permitted.
Accreditation: Application will be submitted to the
New York State Recreation and Park Society (NYSRPS) for
therapeutic recreation professional certification credit. In
addition, the Foundation for Long Term Care, Inc., | LeadingAge
New York, Inc., SW CPE is recognized by the New York State
Education Department’s (NYSED) State Board for Social Work
as an approved provider of continuing education for licensed
social workers (Provider Applicant #0290). There are a limited
number of programs approved for LMSWs and LCSWs. The
programs will be designated on the credit form you receive at
the conference.
Dress: Casual dress is encouraged throughout the conference.
