I am so proud and excited to present the first issue of our newest way to offer supportive content to enhance your spiritual and wellness explorations!
Part digital magazine and part digital catalog, you’ ll have the opportunity to get to know Adhara as a brand, meet three of our featured Wellness Leaders, receive content to inspire your journey towards selfactualization, and peruse offerings from each of our 40 + Wellness Leaders, ranging from meditation teachers, health coaches, energy healers, life and career coaches, tarot card readers, astrologists and more.
Each quarter, we’ ll explore a different facet of selfactualization, our favorite topic and my personal practice as a human and spiritual being.
In this inaugural issue, we cut right to the chase by centering the theme on feeling alive, a major component of self-actualization that Abraham Maslow, the scientist who coined the term, thought to be one of the key characteristics of a self-actualized person.
It’ s a big topic! And because we are all unique individuals with unique perspectives, we hold an infinite number of ways to feel alive. But no pressure, we chose three to start our journey through the experiences of three of our inspiring Wellness Leaders.
Mahri Relin, Founder of the dance / fitness method Body Conceptions, takes us on her journey to find alignment and flow in her body and in her life. Sarah Anne Stewart, Health Coach and Founder of the Holistically Slim movement, shares her journey to fully expressing her emotions. And Leila Johnson, Founder of the handcrafted beauty line, Folk Ayurveda, offers personal guidance to connect with nature.
