CCASC is Planning for a New Home .

As of the spring of 2023 , CCASC headquarters and administrative offices will temporarily relocate to the NE corner of Hwy 168 ( Tollhouse Rd ) and Shaver Forest Road . Pinnacle Real Estate is constructing a new office building at that location , and , thanks to the good will of Beth Brown ( owner ), we will be sharing the space with them . Beth has been a huge supporter of CCASC since 2014 and is a CCASC Board member .
Meanwhile , we continue to work toward the construction of a home of our own . The building , displayed above was designed pro bono by R . Brent Looney , AIA Principal Architect and owner of LRB , Architecture and Urban Design , Fresno , CA . The artistic rendering was provided to us by Jess Perelle .
The planned building is approximately 3,000 square feet and will be constructed of steel siding and a steel roof . It will be given a rustic look , accented by stone and timber . The interior has been designed to include a welcome area , participant assessment room , staff offices , two public bathrooms , a kitchen and eating area , equipment storage , and laundry room . Eventually it will become the headquarters building for CCASC . Donations are currently being sought for the purchase of land in the Shaver Lake vicinity , and we welcome information regarding the availability of commercial property ( 1 / 2-1 acre ).
