What’s making news at ACTON!
At ACTON we are committed to providing our clients with the best possible service and are
always undergoing regular professional development to ensure that we are at the forefront of
the industry.
Recently we held the annual ACTON Conference in Mauritius where we received training from some
of the very best speakers in the industry.
Our specialist Property Management Chapter also meets regularly to discuss changes in legislation,
customer service improvements, and the state of the market for example to ensure they will be able
to provide the best possible advice and service for our investment property owners.
And a number of ACTON delegates attended the Australian Real Estate Conference in Queensland
where ACTON Dalkeith’s Vivien Yap was also a speaker.
IN THE COMMUNITY
While we are committed to professional excellence, we are also a company with an active interest in
the community and are very proud of the many members of the ACTON family who have given their
support to a range of charities over the last few months.
The ACTON Ladies Group and ACTON Applecross held Biggest Morning Tea events to raise funds
for the Cancer Council. ACTON Fremantle hosted a morning tea to raise funds for Multiple Sclerosis
and four of their team also took part in Step up for MS, climbing 1103 steps in Central Park, Perth’s
tallest building.
ACTON Mandurah supported the annual Mandurah Rotary Club Duck Race, raising money for
Peel’s homeless youth, while ACTON South and ACTON Fremantle assisted with Cans for a Cause,
helping to feed Western Australian families in need. Shane Vasile from ACTON Victoria Park took
part in the 5 Dams Cycling Challenge and raised money for the Starlight Foundation.
We would like to congratulate everyone on their efforts.
