Brett Charlwood had an extensive and successful career in the hospitality industry,
with time spent working with the Sheraton Hotel group and in management roles
at the Burswood Resort Casino and Cunard Cruise ships. Despite his success in this
field, Brett found himself drawn to the real estate industry.
"A very good friend was working in the industry
and suggested I'd enjoy it and do well. It took
some time, but I made the move in early 2003
and haven't looked back.
"Hospitality and real estate both involve working
closely with people and I know good service
is the key to success. Each client is important
in their own right. They each have different
requirements and you need to listen carefully to
their needs.
"We are dealing with what is a major financial
and emotional investment and my goal is to get
them the best possible result. I know that nothing
is too hard, you just need to find a way to make
it happen."
Brett made a strong impression on the market,
achieving record sales in Trigg and Lake
Monger, and still manages to get exceptional
results regardless of market conditions.

Having initially worked for a boutique company,
Brett says that having personal experience with

triennial certificate and diploma in real estate.
