INTRODUCING BARNEy FLEISER
Barney Fleiser is experiencing deja vu.
"my real estate career has come full circle. I started
as a sales representative, and then ran my own
business. When we moved to Australia in 2009 I
returned to a sales role and have just become an
owner again."
Barney started his career in 1995 as a sales
representative with the Chas Everitt International
Property Group in South Africa.
After an
outstanding beginning as National Rookie of the
year he became the sales manager for the office,
and a few years later purchased the business.
He later became the Regional Chairman for the
Gauteng Region. He has recently joined Alan
Baxendale as a Director of ACTON Carine Glades.
"I've been very aware of the ACTON brand since I
moved to Perth and knew it was something I would
like to be a part of. I wasn't actively looking for
change, but Alan can be very persuasive . We had
several discussions and I decided the time was right
to move back into running a business. It certainly
feels good to be part of another strong brand,
there is so much more you can offer your clients."
Barney, his wife Gillian and their two children
live in Hillarys and are very involved in the local
community.
Their son and daughter originally attended Hillarys
Primary school and now go to St mark's, and Barney
coaches the Whitfords Under 13s cricket team.
"When we moved to Perth we chose Hillarys as it's
on the coast, is very family oriented, offers a good
lifestyle, has lots of parks and is a nice area to
bring up a family.
"Living locally has certainly been a benefit to me
as an agent. I have firsthand knowledge of the
area. I know the key features and attractions, I
know what is happening in the market - I know
property values and what people want.
"Pricing is extremely important when it comes to
selling, you need to get the price right to attract
buyers and generate offers. my knowledge of the
area means I can give my clients a head start by
setting the right price. I also involve them in the
price decision and they can be confident that they
have my 100 percent commitment to the sale."
Barney averages 20 days from listing to sale - a
strong reflection of his experience, knowledge and
the effort he puts into selling.
As family is important to Barney and his wife,
Gillian will be joining him at ACTON
Carine Glades.
"Gillian is very much a part of
the team. She might work in the
background, but she has played
a significant role in my success.
