central agent profile Introducing ryan benade Ryan Benade has always wanted to work in real estate. “I knew in high school that I wanted to be an agent and all my career choices were intended to build my sales, marketing and negotiation skills for when I moved into real estate. “I’ve found it to be a huge benefit and I got off to a flying start, winning Rookie of the Year in my first year in the industry.” Ryan also has a good grasp on technology and has found this to be another benefit. “Real estate is no longer just about putting an ad in the paper, we are more marketers than salespeople these days and you need a broad range of skills. Being able to use technology is almost crucial to the success of your marketing and promotional campaigns.” Ryan started his career in New Zealand before moving to Perth in early 2012. He spoke to a number of real estate companies before selecting ACTON as the Group he wanted to join. “ACTON have a strong brand and are very well respected in the market place. They offer a premium service and that is very important to me. regardless of whether they are currently looking to buy or sell. I’m happy to give people market updates and share my advice at any time. “I also base my business on being honest and transparent to both parties in a transaction.” Ryan specialises in the Subiaco market. “People want to live in Subiaco because it’s Subiaco. While the suburb is in a fantastic location, close to the City and the Coast, people are attracted by its charm. They like the atmosphere, the cafes and restaurants. It has a life of its own. “When it comes to real estate Subi has a lot to offer, from apartments, to townhouses, to character homes - it has it all!” “I believe in being proactive, in going the extra mile and being there for people, ryan benade 0451 070 945 [email protected] ACTON CENTRAL 1 Hay Street, Subiaco PH: (08) 9381 5566
