Welcome Dear Member, A new year is almost upon us, and with it, the Weinstein JCC is getting a new look. In fact, we’re getting more than one! First of all, you’ll have already noticed this refreshed and reader-friendly activity guide. Please spend some time looking through it to see all the unique and fun offerings available throughout the winter and spring months at the Weinstein JCC. Our goal for this bi-annual member publication is to showcase our diverse but cohesive identity with one voice that unifies our Center across a variety of departments, classes and programs. It also serves as an invaluable resource for our members and the community—a place to easily find interests and activities for all ages—always with the goal of increased wellness. In addition to this new publication look, we are also excited about several other initiatives that have taken place or are planned for this coming year. • he addition of a non-Kosher kitchen, which will allow t us to better meet the dietary preferences of our entire membership and community, • he transition to salt water pools, which provide a t healthier and cleaner environment, • nd a new Weinstein JCC website, a key portal and tool for a our Center’s fast-paced schedule and offerings, set to go live in early 2015. These improvements and changes support our commitment to you, our members, by adding value to your membership and by creating a more welcoming and up-to-the-minute atmosphere for you to connect with the things you love to do. So stop by soon and stop by often, and check out the “new looks” throughout the Center. Wishing you the best in 2015!
