From touchdowns to huddles, this class will
teach the basic terminology, foundational
skills, and workings/flow of the game of
football. Children who participate in this class
will be ready to enter our outdoor Jr. NFL flag
football league in his/her age group.
This program is designed to teach children
the foundation of Ving Tsun Kung Fu, while
building awareness and self-defense to
prevent and deal with dangerous situations.
Each class is geared toward improving
fitness, confidence, and self-discipline while
incorporating cardiovascular flexibility and
strength exercises.

Gym Olympics
An extra dose of gym time

Ages: 3 – 5

The gym is at the heart of this class, where
children will play a variety of different sports
and games each week to improve team
skills, body control, balance and hand/eye
coordination. Perfect for children who enjoy
being active.
