Recreation Flag Football Frenzy Juniors Martial Arts Ready, set, hut! Instructor: Nick Pruden Ages: 4 – 5 8 week session A foundational class in self-defense Instructor: Amy O’Brien Ages: 8 – 11 6 week session From touchdowns to huddles, this class will teach the basic terminology, foundational skills, and workings/flow of the game of football. Children who participate in this class will be ready to enter our outdoor Jr. NFL flag football league in his/her age group. This program is designed to teach children the foundation of Ving Tsun Kung Fu, while building awareness and self-defense to prevent and deal with dangerous situations. Each class is geared toward improving fitness, confidence, and self-discipline while incorporating cardiovascular flexibility and strength exercises.
