Intervals
“Intervals” is a fun active class that combines cardio and strength training. A
class for every level of fitness where the instructor will make it challenging
for the beginner to the advanced. Come check it out and have some fun while
working out. A variety of different exercises and equipment will be incorporated
to keep each class interesting.

Fitness Fusion
This is a full-body workout that helps build strength, endurance, and flexibility
through a blend of Yoga and Pilates. It’s perfect for someone just starting or
someone super-fit. As we become more fit, the more flexibility training we
need to continue to build muscle, and this workout is a calorie-torching way to
safely stretch and get long, lean muscles.
There is no jumping or weights required for PiYo either so it’s a good lowimpact option workout.
