in enrichment classes ages 3+.

appropriate direction including waiting

Class Eligibility:
• To take a 2-year-old class, children must be
2 years of age by 10/31/14.
• To take a 3-year-old class, children must be
3 years of age by 10/31/14.
• To take a 4-year-old class, children must be
4 years of age by 10/31/14.
MONDAY
Let’s Make Music Together
Ages: Newborn – 5 years
Instructor: Emily Taylor
Regardless of your own musical ability, find fun
in this playfully creative environment supporting
your child’s primary music development. Children
participate at their own level in classes of mixed
ages by singing, moving, chanting, listening and
exploring child-safe percussion instruments with a
parent or caregiver who models musical behavior.

Intro to Ballet I
Ages: 3 - 4
Instructor: Sarah Ruppel
Intro to Ballet focuses on dance fundamentals your
child needs in all dance genres throughout his/her
dance education. We concentrate on balance,
spatial awareness and locomotor skills (marching,
galloping and skipping). Students explore the use
of weight, time, and other movement qualities
they can apply in dance as well as in everyday life
(sharing, communication and problem solving).
Your child will also be introduced to choreography
and the creative process of dance through stories.
This is a great class for creative and motor skills
development, which can enhance all areas of your
child’s development. Leotard and ballet slippers
required. The Dance Recital will be on May 17, 2015
for those students doing the whole year program
with an additional recital fee of $65.

Intro to Ballet II
Ages: 4 - 6

In Intro to Ballet II, students will continue to
explore locomotor skills plus add sequencing,
coordination and musicality to their dance skills.
Ballet terminology and basic ballet positions are
introduced. Students are given opportunities
to create individual and duet dance phrases,
further developing their understanding of dance
composition and improvisation. Leotard and ballet
slippers required.
The Dance Recital will be for those students doing
the whole year program with an additional recital

Flag Football Frenzy
Ages: 4 – 5
Instructor: Nick Pruden
Though we do not have a preschool age bracket
for our flag football league, this class is a great
prep-course and introduction both into the sport
of football and for our outdoor Jr. NFL flag football
league. In this class, children will learn the basic
ter
