Shallow Water Aerobics
Fun and low-impact workout Ages : 18 +
This water aerobics class meets twice a week and is great for adults looking for a fun , lowimpact physical activity . During class you will perform various movements in shallow water to improve joint flexibility , range of motion , and muscle strength to the sound of upbeat music ! * All participants will be socially distanced to ensure public safety . ( Minimum class size : 4 )

During class you will perform various movements in 8-10 feet of water to improve joint flexibility , range of motion , and muscle strength . Aqua belts are provided and are required to participate . ( Minimum class size : 4 , Maximum class size : 10 )

Join Instructor Jill Carrillo for a class that ’ s perfect for anyone who ’ s looking to make a splash by adding a low-impact , high-energy aquatic exercise to their fitness routine .
How it works : Aqua Zumba integrates the Latin / International dance rhythms and movement of Zumba with traditional aquatics fitness principles and exercises , creating the ultimate “ Pool Party ” that you won ’ t want to miss ! ( Minimum class size : 4 , Maximum class size : 6 )
