Get fit and stay healthy together as a family Instructor: Amanda Ravan Ages: Families with young children ages 4 + 6-week session
This yoga class offers families an opportunity to bond through the practice of yoga poses and mindfulness teachings. Your family will get in shape while learning how to best support and honor each other, on and off the yoga mat.

MELT
Achieve lasting changes in how your body looks and feels Instructor: Heather Umberger Ages: 16 +
In this 5-week session, you will learn to identify and remove stuck stress in your body, the major cause of chronic aches and pains. Improve your overall body sense and notice the changes as your body effortlessly finds greater alignment and balance. You will activate your own core strength and stability and rehydrate the tissues of your body for greater mobility and ease of motion.
MELT helps common issues like headaches, insomnia, bloating, weight gain, cellulite and and improves athletic performance. All tools will be available for class.
