Silly yoga sequences enhance concentration skills while refining large
motor coordination. Yoga games teach cooperative play and refine
listening skills which are essential for success in school. Little yogis learn
best through social interaction, repetition and play. Through simple
meditation and visualization, ideas such as peace, respect, gratitude and
acceptance will be presented at an age-appropriate level. Instructor: Barb
LoCicero. Min/Max: 4/12. (jr)
