This fun and interactive class is engaging for your budding yogi warrior.
Using simple yoga poses through games and stories, children will gain
physical flexibility and strength. Beginning meditation and breathing
techniques will be introduced to help children develop mental focus,
concentration and relaxation skills. Your child will be encouraged
to develop their self-expression and confidence in a safe and fun
