BULLDOGS LACROSSE BULLDOGS BOYS LACROSSE About the Program AF The Bulldogs Lacrosse program is open to boys of all skill levels, from beginners to experienced players. Training sessions are based around mastering the fundamentals of passing, catching, ground balls, shooting, footwork and defense. The program also focuses on individual skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Along with skills and drills there will also be games each week. Beginner equipment packages for other required equipment, such as a stick, helmet, shoulder pads, arm pads and gloves, can be rented through the Bulldogs by contacting Christine Hartnett at [email protected]. Limited quantities available on a first come- first served basis. Winter Training Program Held at Glenbard West High School - 670 Crescent Blvd., Glen Ellyn Age: 7-15 Winter practices are available to give kids a chance to improve their skills and fundamentals over the winter through the professional training of our partners at True Lacrosse and our Bulldog coaches. Practices will include a format with stations where each group will focus on a particular skill such as shooting, stick skills, passing, footwork, catching, and dodging. This is a great way to keep your skills sharp over the winter and start to prepare for the spring season! Min/Max: 10/40.
