Safety Village : Spring Into Summer
Held at Spring Avenue Recreation Center
Age : 4-6 It ’ s warming up outside , time to learn how to be safe on the street ! Join us for Safety Village Spring into Summer , where each week we ’ ll learn about a different safety topic including fire safety , 9-1-1 , railroad safety , community helpers in our neighborhoods , and much more . We ’ ll make a be safe themed project , and spend time practicing bike and street safety in the outdoor learning area – making sure to follow street signs and observe railroad crossings along the way . Be sure to dress for the weather , we will practice outdoors on trikes weather permitting , participants must bring a safety helmet to each class . Min / Max : 10 / 15 . ( jr )

Safe Kids with First Aid

Age : 3-5 Safety and first aid go hand in hand ! Children learn simple rules to think safely and make safe choices at home and away . We also present basic first aid information , including treatment of small cuts , bumps and bruises , nosebleeds , minor burns and more . Winter Break Creative Sewing Camp
