BODYPUMP™: This workout challenges all
your muscle groups by using the best weight
room exercises like squats, lifts and curls.
BOOT CAMP: Military-inspired workouts
built on 3 fundamentals of training: cardio,
strength, and agility.
BOOM MUSCLE: This Silver Sneakers class
will focus on getting the baby boomers up
and out of the chair! Move through several
exercises that focus on building overall
strength.
CARDIO STRENGTH: This class incorporates
a cardiovascular workout with interval,
strength, & resistance training.
POWER YOGA: Power Yoga is a fast-paced
combination of cardio & vinyasa flow.
SPIN: Studio Cycle classes will burn a ton of
calories, increase lower body strength and
improve your cardiovascular endurance.
TABATA: Tabata is a high-intensity interval
training workout. It is meant to help you lose
weight, improve flexibility and build muscle.
WERQ: Build cardio endurance dancing to
today’s hottest top 40 pop, rock, and hip hop
music! WERQ up a sweat on the dance floor
to all your favorite hits.
YOGALATES: Yogalates is a fusion of two
proven practices, Yoga and Pilates.
FUNCTIONAL FIT: Something new every
week! Using different equipment in each
class, challenge your body with fresh new
exercises. ZUMBA: A mix of low-intensity and high-
intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-
burning dance fitness party.
HARD CORE: This 30-minute class will
strengthen every muscle group in your core. Plus AOA Fitness, Silver Sneakers, Silver
Sneakers Yoga, Total Conditioning, and
more!
PILATES: Work the CORE from the inside
out with a deep emphasis on abdominals,

FIT & PLAY
CHILD CARE
AGE: 6 MONTHS TO 10 YEARS
Our caring and qualified staff will watch over
your children while you take a fitness class,
work out in the fitness center, or just need
a few minutes to yourself to shoot hoops
or climb Ackerman Alps! There is a 2-hour
maximum per day and the member must
remain in the facility at all times. For safety
and cleanliness purposes, no outside drinks,
food, or toys are allowed.
FREE for Ackerman SFC members.
Daily Fee for Non-Members.
