Pass key holders also receive a roster of other clay court players. The courts are open daily, dawn to dusk. Sold at Main Street Recreation Center, pass keys are good April 1-November 1. Pass key holders are asked to volunteer for minor court maintenance at the beginning and end of the season. (bt) R/NR FEE: $55/$80 CODE: 116916 Spring Avenue A permit is required for each dog visiting the Spring Avenue Dog Park and must be displayed at all times when inside the park. Permits are issued at the Spring Avenue Recreation Center. To receive a permit, a dog owner must provide: proof of residency (acceptable forms include a current driver’s license, tax statement or utility bill), paper copy of rabies vaccination (not tags), a completed permit application, a completed waiver, and payment in full. The Spring Avenue Dog Park resident fee is $35 for one dog and $65 for two dogs ($80 and $130 for nonresidents, respectively). Fees are not pro-rated and there is a two dog limit.
