FITNESS ADULT & CLASSES SENIOR FITNESS FOR KIDS Yoga for Kids: Ages 4-6 Held at Main Street Recreation Center Age: 4-6 This fun and interactive class is engaging for your budding yogi warrior. Using simple yoga poses through games and stories, children will gain physical flexibility and strength. Beginning meditation and breathing techniques will be introduced to help children develop mental focus, concentration and relaxation skills.
