Yoga for Kids: Ages 4-6
Held at Main Street Recreation Center
Age: 4-6
This fun and interactive class is engaging for your budding yogi
warrior. Using simple yoga poses through games and stories, children
will gain physical flexibility and strength. Beginning meditation and
breathing techniques will be introduced to help children develop
mental focus, concentration and relaxation skills. Your child will be
encouraged to develop their self-expression and confidence in a safe

Yoga for Kids: Ages 7-9
Held at Main Street Recreation Center
Age: 7-9
Silly yoga sequences enhance concentration skills while refining large
motor coordination. Yoga games teach cooperative play and refine
listening skills which are essential for success in school. Little yogis
learn best through social interaction, repetition and play. Through
simple meditation and visualization, ideas such as peace, respect,
gratitude and acceptance will be presented at an age-appropriate

Kids Fitness Boot Camp

This is a challenging, motivating, and fun workout in a positive
atmosphere. This class will build endurance, increase strength, and add
focus to kids’ lives through obstacle courses, partner activities, fitness
