Men’s and Women’s Quick Start Paddle Monday Fall In-House League

Age: 18 & Up
This crash course will get you ready for the season. Grab a friend and
sign up with our Pro, Mark Cunnington. You will learn all of the basic
paddle shots in these fun, fast-paced lessons. Min/Max: 6/8. (md) Age: 21 & Up
This is our most popular in-house league and sign-up is first come,
first served - so don’t delay. This league is designed to help introduce
new players to the game and enhance the experience for advanced
beginners. The GOLD option, which includes entry into the league
and 5 drills, to be held on Sunday evenings during the league, is
recommended by our Pro for beginners. All games are played in Glen
Ellyn on our own courts. Players will be ranked by our Platform Pro
and placed into beginning or advanced beginning teams. Must hold a
Glen Ellyn Platform Tennis Membership. More advanced players should
consider the Glen Ellyn Platform Travel Club. Min/Max: 16/84. (md)

Women's Beginner Paddle Boot Camp

Ready to get out and try paddle tennis? This two-hour boot camp will
go over all of the basics, including grips, technique and strategy. The
program will end with you playing paddle like a pro! Min/Max: 6/8. (md)

Tuesday Fall In-House Women’s League
Held at Maryknoll Park - Platform Tennis Courts
Age: 21 & Up
This league is geared towards female players. Members will be
evaluated by our Platform Pro and placed on teams. Team will play a
weekly match on our courts with other Glen Ellyn Park District Paddle
Members. Must hold a Glen Ellyn Platform Tennis Membership to

Men’s and Women’s Travel League
The Glen Ellyn Park District works in conjunction with the Glen Ellyn
Platform Tennis Club (GEPTC) to provide travel leagues. The GEPTC
Men’s Travel program has many teams playing in various levels
(series) of play. These teams participate in the Chicago Platform
Tennis Charities and South West Leagues. Teams travel to other
communities, as well as hosting home matches in the evenings. The
Women’s Travel League participates in the North Shore and South West
Leagues and travels during the day. Please contact Mark Cunnington
