POWER YOGA: Power Yoga is a fast-paced
combination of cardio & vinyasa flow.
SPIN: Studio Cycle classes will burn a ton of
calories, increase lower body strength and
improve your cardiovascular endurance.
WERQ: Build cardio endurance dancing to
today’s hottest top 40 pop, rock, and hip hop
music! WERQ up a sweat on the dance floor
to all your favorite hits.
YOGALATES: Yogalates is a fusion of two
proven practices, Yoga and Pilates.
YOGA SCULPT: Combine free weights and
yoga sequences to increase heart rate, build
muscle mass and increase flexibility all in a
half-hour class.
ZUMBA: A mix of low-intensity and high-
intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-
burning dance fitness party.

Basketball Training
Sign up for private lessons from Skill Development Coach Brett Love. Brett has high school and
collegiate-level playing experience with the credentials to train players to take their skills to the

Volleyball Training
All-State Coach Christine Giunta-Mayer from Glenbard West offers private lessons to any
student-athlete/athletes that wants to focus on specifics of their game. Boys and Girls 5th grade
through college are given an opportunity to learn from Coach Giunta-Mayer and to work on
