This program is for children who love soccer, want to play at a higher
level, but are not ready to commit to the rigors of our Glen Ellyn Lakers
travel soccer program. Participation in both the Glen Ellyn House
Soccer League and Lakers Academy is encouraged. Age: 5-15
This is a great opportunity for boys and girls to keep their soccer skills
fresh during winter. Each week, players will work on different skills
and then scrimmage at the end of class. This league is instructed by
Future Pros trainers, the same trainers used by the Glen Ellyn Lakers
travel teams. Equipment: Each player is required to bring their own ball,
shoes, shin guards, and water for each class. Instructor: Future Pros.

Training and games will be run by our Future Pros travel soccer trainers.
Practice is once per week for 90 minutes with a focus on developing
individual soccer skills and sportsmanship. Games against Wheaton
Wings Academy teams will be held Saturday afternoons and will be one
hour long. Each player is required to bring their own soccer ball, cleats,
shin guards, and water for each class. (bt)

This program will work on the different technical skills in the game
of soccer: dribbling, passing, shooting, and more. Participants are
recommended to have completed the Little Lakers program before

players to existing Glen Ellyn Lakers and Midwest FC teams or create
new teams if numbers allow. Tryouts for Lakers Boys U8-U14, Lakers
Girls U8-U13, and Midwest FC U14 Girls will be held at Ackerman Sports
& Fitness Center on the turf. Midwest FC High School Boys will be held
