General Counsel
Repeal of Policy 602.5 Student Membership Days
Paul Cady, general counsel, informed the School Board that recent changes in state statute
allow for the repeal of Policy 602.5. The board reviewed the policy and directed that repeal
of the policy be considered at the board work session meeting on Sept. 14, 2015.
Master agreement for Child Nutrition Site Supervisors
The School Board approved a master agreement for Child Nutrition site supervisors for
July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2017. The agreement was presented by Paul Cady, general counsel
and was negotiated within the budget parameters established by the School Board.
