Engineering has emerged second
runners up at the IESL Techno
Hackathon-Xtreme which was held
on the 12th of October 2019.
Dimuth Wickramanayake, an immediate graduate of the department (E/13 batch)
has been awarded the Migara Ratnatunga Trust Award for Industrial Training for
Undergraduates -2018/2019. It is awarded
by the Institution of Engineers Sri Lanka
(IESL) for the best industrial trainee
project in Sri Lanka under the discipline
of computer engineering. Dimuthu was
presented with this award (a cash prize
and certificate) at the IESL induction and
graduation ceremony.
