Cancellation Policy : Cancellations must be received in writing to AWWA . Phone cancellations are not accepted . Written cancellations received on or before May 17 , 2021 will receive a refund , minus a 25 % administrative fee . Beginning May 18 , 2021 , cancellations will not be refunded ; however , substitute registrants are welcome . Substitutes must be received no later than 5:00 p . m . ( MST ) on June 9 , 2021 .
