by Western U.S. water utilities to meet the region's growing
water, wastewater, and water reuse sector needs. The critical
need for water sustainability in the face of climate adversity,
aging infrastructure, and population growth is not only driving
technological innovation but attracting private finance resources
for investment and spurring new approaches for procurement
to expedite and enhance project delivery. In addition to sharing
