Registration Confirmations

Military and Veterans Registration

On-Site Program Changes / Cancellations / Refunds Deadline
On-Demand Registration / Changes Deadline
A special discounted registration fee for the 3-Day On-Site Package is offered for military personnel and veterans from the US and Canada . On-demand courses are an additional fee , no discounts are offered . All other IJCAHPO policies apply .
Registrants must show proof of military status when registering by mail , fax or on-site . The $ 75 processing fee will be waived . Online registrations cannot be processed .
NOTE : Falsification or misrepresentation of credentials , employment , personal information and / or military service may result in the loss of CE credits or certification status .
Group Discount Available
Group discounts apply to the 3-Day On-Site Package only .
When three or more people from the same office register for the 3-Day On-Site Package , only two people pay the regular fee . The additional registrants receive a $ 25 discount for each additional 3-Day On-Site Package registration . The names of the people paying the non-discounted fee must be written on the registration form under “ Group Discount ” for verification . Group discounts must be requested when completing the registration form — no retroactive discounts will be granted .
If you are registering as a group and do not see an account for your certified technician , please contact IJCAHPO before creating a new account to ensure you receive correct pricing . For groups of seven or more attendees , please contact our administrative department at 800-284-3937 , option " 1 " to avoid potential complications .
Verification of CE Credits Earned
Attendees can access CE credits earned through their IJCAHPO online account approximately 8-10 weeks after the program . No statements will be mailed . It is every registrant ’ s responsibility to check posted CE credits . You must submit written correction requests to IJCAHPO at
education @ jcahpo . org by March 1 , 2022 .
If you are planning to have your employer reimburse your fees , please be sure that they are aware of the credit processing time of 8-10 weeks . We are unable to provide attendance verification before credits are posted .

THE CANCELLATION OF ON-SITE ACE 2021 FOR ANY REASON WILL RESULT IN THE CONVERSION OF ON-SITE REGISTRATIONS TO VIRTUAL REGISTRATIONS WITH NO CHANGE IN FEES AND NO REFUNDS GIVEN .
