On-Site Registration Options

3-Day ( Includes the Group Discount and Military and Veteran Package ) – This package includes 3-day access to on-site lectures and three exclusive bonus on-demand courses . Additional on-demand courses are available to purchase for $ 10 per credit hour .

Bonus Courses – All attendees who register for a 3-Day On-Site Package will automatically be enrolled in three bonus on-demand courses .

IJCAHPO Exhibitors at Hilton New Orleans Riverside

IJCAHPO hosts a variety of exhibitors during the ACE Program . Visit the exhibits on Friday and Saturday from 7:30 am - 4:00 pm in the Chemin Royal Foyer .

AAO Exhibition Hours — Ernest N . Morial Conv . Center

Attendees may purchase an AAO exhibit hall pass at a reduced fee of $ 200 through IJCAHPO , which allows showfloor access for the entire three days of the exhibition .

Name Badges and Tickets Will NOT Be Mailed This Year !

Due to the vaccine requirement , tickets and name badges will NOT be mailed . Tickets and name badges may be picked up at the registration desk , located at the North and South Registration Counters on the first floor of the Hilton New Orleans Riverside , on Thursday , November 11 , from 6:30 to 8:30 pm Central time , and on Friday morning , beginning at 6:30 am Central time .

Please note that a photo ID will be required for packet pick-up as part of the vaccine verification process .
