AUTOMATED PSA NITROGEN GENERATION FOR FOOD AND BREWING APPLICATIONS
In food processing and brewing, nitrogen is a critical process gas used for tank blanketing, product transfer, packaging, and oxygen displacement. Maintaining stable nitrogen purity under variable production demand is essential to protecting product quality, shelf life, and process consistency.
Our pressure swing adsorption( PSA) nitrogen generators are engineered as automated process systems, not standalone utilities. The system uses continuous oxygen measurement and PLC-based closed-loop control to regulate nitrogen purity, pressure, and flow in real time, even during rapid load changes common in batch and packaging operations.
Designed for direct integration with plant automation, the generator connects to existing PLC and SCADA environments for monitoring, alarm handling, and data logging. Operating parameters such as purity, pressure and flow can be continuously recorded, supporting traceability and audit requirements in regulated food and beverage environments.
