LaserMaster Ltd is a company based
near Redruth in the South West of
sunny Cornwall. Although we are based
near the utmost southerly point of the
UK, we serve our customers worldwide.
In the past 18 months we have faced a
rapid growth of business increasing our
staffing levels from 18 to 27. With this
increase there has also been a vast
amount of reinvestment back into the
company with regards to more efficient
and up to date machinery to ensure
that our processes are as smooth and
refined as possible.
At LaserMaster we have the capabilities
for Laser cutting, folding/bending and
fabricating sheet-metal. Although we
do not have our own product, we
provide a service to many different
sectors from Agricultural, Automotive,
Marine, Interior design, the Arts,
including fine jewellery and much much
more! As well as providing large orders

to well established companies we also
provide items for customers own
homes and projects from simple
washers to prototypes and large batch
orders. We have an online job shop,
on our website, to make ordering
easier for smaller components.
One customer that we have been
working alongside for a number of
years is Muck Truck. We have been
supplying them with many sheet
metal components for their Muck
Truck powered wheel barrows for
many years. Firstly laser cutting the
flat plates, then forming the plates
using one of our press brakes to put in
the necessary folds and bends. After
that it is welded by one of our fully
qualified welders. Pins that are
needed, to make the bucket tip and
axles, are made on our CNC lathes.
Once fully constructed they are
collected for painting and go onto the
warehouse to be fully assembled and
distributed.
