Handouts Online

IJCAHPO does not provide handouts on-site . An email with a link and instructions for downloading and printing handouts will be sent in October . You may view handouts for courses purchased onsite on your device using the IJCAHPO mobile app . Handouts can be printed in the hotel business center ; however , be advised that hotels may charge a fee for internet access and printing . Handouts will also be available for one month following the ACE program .

Continental 3 ( Ballroom Level )— IJCAHPO has the most popular products available for order on-site and limited stock available to take home . Visit the Bookstore on-site to view samples of products and place your order . On-site orders ( continental US only ) will receive FREE shipping . International orders will be charged for shipping . IJCAHPO hosts a variety of exhibitors during the ACE Program . Visit the exhibits on Friday and Saturday from 7:30 a . m .– 4:00 p . m . in the East Lounge .

AAO Exhibition Hours — Moscone Center

Attendees may purchase an AAO exhibit hall pass at a reduced fee of $ 200 through IJCAHPO , which allows show floor access November 4 – 6 . Open 9:00 a . m .– 5:00 p . m . and 9:00 a . m .– 3:30 p . m . on the last day .

Evaluations

Course evaluations for on-site courses will be offered through the IJCAHPO mobile app . Please be sure to download the app in advance of the program at jcahpo . co / mobileapp . The app will work while offline and will submit your responses once service is available again . Course evaluations will be available to submit until Monday , November 20 , at 11:59 p . m . CT . A limited number of paper evaluation forms will be available to those without devices that support the app .

WIFI access is not provided within the hotel .

Continuing Education ( CE ) Credit *

CE credits awarded are listed in the On-Site Course Descriptions section starting on page 20 . Along with CE credits awarded by JCAHPO , each course lists CE credits awarded by the California Board of Registered Nursing ( CA BRN ), if applicable .

The On-Site Program has been accredited for 129 IJCAHPO CE credits .

Provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing , Provider Number 13516 , for 66 contact hours on-site .

Courses are monitored and attendees arriving late or leaving early from a course are documented . If you miss more than 15 minutes of a course hour , CE credit will be denied for that hour . For half-hour courses , credit will be denied if you miss more than 8 minutes .
